Get your Group Together
We only let our student houses to groups, not to individuals, so you’ll need to get a group together. We offer 4, 5, 6 and 8 bedroom houses.
Arrange a Viewing
Once you’ve had a look at our Properties in Bournemouth and decided which houses you like, Contact Us and arrange a viewing.
Take the House
If you like the house after your viewing, your group will need to pay a Holding Fee in order to secure the property. There are no Admin Fees.
Paperwork
Complete a tenant information form, and sign the agreement, and then the house is yours.
Move In
Pay the deposit and 1st month’s rent (less the holding fee), and collect the keys!
